If you live in Greater Manchester you may choose to have your sessions face-to-face at my Counselling room in Chorlton, South Manchester. I am also able to provide counselling for anyone in the UK over Zoom or the Telephone.

Assessment

I appreciate that Counselling can be a daunting prospect so before you decide whether Counselling is right for you I offer an assessment which lasts an hour. This is an opportunity for me to understand your needs better and to answer any questions you may have about counselling. You can decide whether you would like to do this Face-to-Face or over Zoom or the Telephone.


Counselling Session

If you feel you want to go ahead with Counselling, we would arrange a regular weekly session which would last an hour. You can decide whether you would like to do this Face-to-Face or over Zoom or the Telephone. This can be reviewed at any time to ensure we find a way that works best for you.

  • Face to Face

    If you live in Greater Manchester you may choose to have Counselling Face-to-Face at my Counselling room in Chorlton, South Manchester. I provide a confidential and calm space for us to meet. There is free parking and access to toilet facilities. It is also easily accessible by tram or bus.

  • Zoom/Telephone

    I can offer Counselling to anyone in the UK using Zoom or the Telephone. I simply ask that you find a confidential and quiet space to have the session where you will not be overheard or interrupted.

    Not only is this as effective as Face-to-Face, but you may also find it easier to have the session in a familiar and convenient space that you have chosen. Some clients say they find it easier to talk about some things when they are not the in the same room as their Counsellor (although this may not be the case for you).

    Zoom is recognised as an established, secure platform used by many therapists. I take full responsibility for computer security including a secure internet connection and security software.
