I am a qualified person centred counsellor. Person centred means that my role as counsellor is not to give you advice as I believe you know yourself better than anyone else. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic space for you to openly and honestly explore your feelings, thoughts and emotions.

By caring for your mental well-being, your quality of life can improve as will your ability to cope with everyday life.

My role as counsellor is to support and enable you to explore your thoughts and feelings by talking openly and freely. All information shared between us remains strictly confidential to ensure that a strong, trusting and safe relationship can be built.

I will not judge and will support you as you gain a better understanding of how you are feeling. A higher level of self-awareness can help you to manage your emotions and personal challenges.

I am a fully qualified registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)

My qualifications include a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and I am a registered member of the BAPC. As part of my membership, I must adhere to the Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. In addition, I receive regular supervision where I discuss aspects of my work whilst maintaining the anonymity of my clients.
