Counselling can offer a safe, calm space to talk things through and bring a sense of relief.
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming….
It could be due to something that has happened in your past. Or maybe it’s a situation you are trying to cope with right now. You may be angry, sad, scared or anxious. Maybe you are experiencing difficulties in your personal relationships or work life. Whatever your issue, we can work together to help you make changes and improve your quality of life.
Shock Stress Confusion Anxiety Sadness Exhaustion Guilt Grief Fear Isolation
I can offer you a calm and safe space where you can share and explore how you are feeling and the impact it is having on you. It can be a relief to talk to someone, especially if you feel that you cannot share how you are feeling with friends or family. As a fully qualified, person centred counsellor, I will provide a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic place for you to openly and honestly explore your feelings, thoughts and emotions. I will treat you with dignity and respect as you process what is happening and the challenges you face.
I provide counselling either Face-to-Face or over Zoom or the telephone. Face-face sessions are held in a quiet, comfortable and private room in Chorlton, Manchester.
I offer weekly one-hour sessions which cost £55.
I believe that by caring for your mental well-being your quality of life can improve as will your ability to cope with everyday life.
